Catalog of silver coin issues made in the peninsular territories of the kingdom of Castile and León since the monetary reform of Felipe II in 1566, and until the typological reform of 1716 prior to the assimilation to the kingdom of the States and monetary systems of Aragon, Catalonia and Valencia, in 1718. More than 2,100 varieties of authentic coins are cataloged – not counting period counterfeits and curiosities – distributed among almost 700 different types, corresponding to 13 reforms and/or monetary series, which include proofs, essays and imitations outside the kingdom.
